A food tour exclusively brought to you in collaboration with Chefling Tales, lets you experience not just the best of Pakistani food, but takes you on a historic journey through 3 contrasting provinces as well. Treating your senses right with an unforgettable Xperience.

In case of bad weather and Trip to Hunza is not possible – alternate tour would be made to nearby places like Khanpur Dam, Takht Bai – Mardan

Day 1: Welcome to one of the most beautiful Capital cities of the world – Islamabad

You will start the tour by enjoying a spread of home cooked dinners, which is the introduction of Pakistani Cuisine by home chefs. Islamabad being the multicultural city, will bring you the fusion of various cuisines from Kashmir, Punjab, Sindh, and Hunza.

Day 2: Mountains + Chai + Pakoras = Happiness

The second day will take you on a tour of Islamabad visiting the local monuments, this includes the great Faisal Mosque, Lok Virsa and more. The journey will showcase the beauty of this new city, which is encircled by mountainous beauty and lots of green spots around it. Following a look around the city, you will be taken for a tea break at a Dhaba: a local eatery. Chai is the power drink and the combo of chai + Pakoras is part of the local evening tea time culture in Pakistan.

For lunch, you will be taken to a  Dhaba style place serving piping hot fried Fish.

After lunch you will have free time to enjoy the city at your pace. A suggestions of what you could do, will be shared with you.

Day 3: Indulge in local street food of Lahore and get to be part of Mugal era at night  

The Wagah Border is where Pakistan and India meet, its a unique experience in which you enjoy soldiers from both sides raising and lowering their flags in a light hearted and ceremonious manner. You’ll also enjoy seasonal street snacks including gol gappay and tangy chaats.

Dinner will be eaten near the Badshahi Mosque and Minar-e- Pakistan serving you true Punjabi flavors in the most traditional ambiance. With the backdrop of the Badhshahi mosque and light music in the background you truly will feel like you’ve been taken back into a Mughal era.

Day 4: Early morning the walled city of Lahore- Photo Walk Cholay + Pathoray the Traditional local breakfast of Lahore

The day will start early with a visit to the Shahi Hamam, indulge in the local breakfast where everything finishes at 5 am.

Day 5: Time to yourself for shopping and trip to Liberty Market

Day 6: Back to Islamabad and Dinner at the viewpoint of Islamabad

Following breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven back to Islamabad via GT road

On route we will make a stop at a Driver Hotel for a late lunch, to indulge in the simplest of food i.e. Daal (Lentils) &  Chawal (Rice).

Upon arrival in Islamabad and following some rest, we will take you for dinner at Monal, a beautiful restaurant set at the top of a hill, from which you get a panoramic view of Islamabad.

Day 7: Flight to Gilgit To The Fallen man’s Heaven

Morning flight to Gilgit.

For lunch, we take you on a journey to experience local Hunza Food. You will enjoy a tale on each recipe and how it is sourced from farm fresh local produce.

Visit Forts and enjoy local snacks.

Day 8: Hunza Food Tour

Explore Attabad lake, stroll within the orchards taking in nature

Cooking class of Hunza Cuisine. Take back home our recipe book so you can enjoy making some of the cuisines in the comfort of your home and share some of the taste experience with friends and family.

Day 9:  Rest Day/ Personal Time  

Day 10: Back to Islamabad

Enjoy a day for shopping and go to local markets

Dinner and Cooking class with Home Chefs- Learn to Cook Biryani, a Kashmiri Dish and a Pakistani dessert.

Day 11: Visit Sidhu Caves and enjoy Zip Lining and Lunch

Day 12: Flight back from Islamabad
